Administration of individual leagues New

• A new session preparation page now allows you to review the automated result before creating a session and make manual adjustments to it. Modifications made in this step are automatically taken into account when creating or updating sessions.
• A fixed expiration date can now be set for each league match, automatically calculated during manual creation or by the scheduler, and can be edited manually as needed.

Improvment

• The transfer of players to new divisions can now be deferred. Sessions can thus be created in advance, then completed only when you are ready to perform the transfer. Previously, session creation was immediate and irreversible.
• The session detail page now displays its relationship with other sessions in a timeline, making it easier to understand the chronological order.
• An option now allows you to choose the visibility of a new session at the time of its creation.
• The match list of a division can now be filtered using a date range for more precise navigation.
• A blank line is now automatically added at the end of the scoresheet to make it easier to add an impromptu match.
• It is now possible to request a random sort of players instead of respecting the list order when generating rotations.
• The division type name is now displayed below the division name in the divisions submenu to make identification easier.
• The result of the booking generation command is now displayed directly in the panel of the matches page of an individual league division.
• A badge displaying the expiration date is now visible in match lists. The badge indicates whether the match is expired, has no expiration date, or otherwise the date on which it will expire, as well as whether a reminder has been sent, if applicable.

Booking Administration New

• It is now possible to configure player label restrictions on recurring reservation plans. These label restrictions will take priority over time slot characteristics.
• It is now possible to customize the color of location schedule tiles via time slot characteristics.
• It is now possible to configure certain fees (fixed amounts and fee-free) so they are not included in the division of hourly fees in a reservation. By default, all rates participate in the hourly fee division.
• It is now possible to enable a window allowing players to choose which family member makes the reservation by Accumulation. Previously, this member was selected automatically, with no option to choose.
• Location and member statistics can now be displayed either vertically or horizontally in the reservation report.
• Time slot rules can now be configured to apply to specific dates instead of always being in effect. This makes it possible to create temporary rules for special events, deactivate a rule on a specific date, or create a rule that will only take effect from a future date.

Improvment

• The display of time slot characteristic grids has been improved for better readability.
• Reservations can now accommodate from 1 to X players based on the maximum capacity defined in the location specifications, rather than being limited to 4 players.
• The reservation report now includes a column displaying players on the waiting list.
• The "Specifications by time slot" section has been renamed to "Time Slot Rules" to better reflect their function. Additionally, some fields now have extra explanations to better understand their role and impact on reservations.

Booking New

• A new filter in the schedule view allows displaying only the reservations that the logged-in player is participating in (enabled by default).
• A new filter in the schedule view allows displaying only the reservations for which the logged-in player has the right to add their name according to the restrictions in effect.
• It is now possible to switch from one location to another directly in the schedule view, while keeping the current date.
• The list of the player's reservations for the current location is now displayed below the mini calendar in the calendar view.

Improvment

• Reservation cards in the schedule view now display a notice indicating the logged-in player's status (e.g., confirmed attendance, absence, waiting list).
• The action button on schedule view cards is now dynamically adapted to the logged-in player's status, offering more relevant actions.
• In the reservation cards of the schedule view, it is now possible to show or hide the player section on demand.
• The logged-in player's waiting list rank is now displayed as a tooltip in the schedule tiles and as a badge on reservation cards. Reservations where the logged-in player is on the waiting list are now included in the "My Reservations" filter.
• The participant list in reservation cards now displays across multiple columns. Additionally, the display state of participants in reservation cards is now persisted per device.
• The player dashboard now displays a status column in the upcoming reservations list, indicating the player's position in the reservations.
• Substitutes (players not on the official list of a recurring reservation plan) are now identified by a distinctive sign in reservation cards.
• Reservations and blocked time slots from other clubs are now easily recognizable in the schedule view and can no longer be modified.
• When a player does not meet the minimum requirements to book, a button is now displayed in the explanatory window to redirect them to the club's registration periods, if available.
• Improvements have been made to the feedback provided by the platform on limit calculations. Players can now see why they have reached their limits when making a reservation.
• Improvements have been made to the reservation creation windows to indicate, in real time, whether the selected time slot is still available and, when applicable, how many spots remain.

Registration Administration New

• It is now possible to filter the lists of packages and membership cards in their management pages.
• It is now possible to filter the payment list of registration periods and directly open the detail of a charge in the payment provider dashboard.

Improvment

• Clubs can now choose to no longer automatically receive emails in carbon copy (CC) for registration requests.
• Discounts are now supported for membership cards.
• The total of the request is now displayed in the detail panels when it has been paid.
• Refunded invoices are now included in the payment list.

Member Administration New

• Members now have an option to remove their profile from search engines, accessible via the dashboard page in the "Personal Data" section.
• It is now possible to import membership cards when importing players via an Excel file. It is also possible to specify a precise expiration date or omit it to use the card's default expiration date.
• It is now possible to import members of the same family when importing players via an Excel file. Simply specify a column in which the information will be the same for all family members to establish the link. It is possible to import couples as well as families with children.
• It is now possible to assign a custom membership card number to membership cards granted to players. This custom number can be displayed on the membership card (dashboard and microsite), can be edited, and is included in the registered players export. It is also possible to import it via Excel import.

Improvment

• The player's family is now displayed in read-only mode in the club's player list.

Registrations New

• Discounts are now supported in the registration form for all types of packages and membership cards. Previously, only tournament-type packages were supported.

Improvment

• The user experience of the registration form has been improved. Touch support has been improved for mobile devices.

Club Microsite New

• It is now possible to configure a booking box on the club microsite to allow players to book directly from it. The box is configurable and its display can be adjusted according to the available locations.
• A new navigation bar to club microsites has been added to the top of the public site and in the player dashboard. This bar is fully supported on mobile devices.

Improvment

• Package and membership card discounts are now displayed on the microsite pricing page.
• All courts are now displayed in the microsite booking control when in schedule mode. This allows members to see all their reservations for all courts in a single list. Court filters have been added to help with searching.

Communication Center Improvment

• Attachments whose filename contains spaces are now supported in communication center emails.

Online Payments New

• It is now possible to use the Square online payment platform in addition to Stripe. Clubs can choose to use either of these platforms for processing online payments.

Privacy New

• It is now possible to write and display a customized privacy policy for clubs, displayed directly on the microsite.
