Member Administration New

• It is now possible to change the email address of club players.

Improvment

• It is now possible to import player labels from the Excel file importation.

Administration of individual leagues New

• It is now possible to manage the display of tabs for individual league divisions. You can show and hide tabs and choose which one will be selected by default.
• It is now possible to duplicate divisions of individual leagues.
• It is now possible to duplicate schedulers of individual leagues.
• A new overview page has been added to the planner to validate the overall quality of the planning result. It provides a quick visualization of the total number of matches planned, the average per week, and the distribution over time by day and by week.
• A new calendar page has been added to divisions to view matches in a calendar view by week.

Administration des réservations New

• It is now possible to add a summary for the locations which will be displayed in the locations box of the microsite.
• It is now possible for clubs to write custom texts for the location schedule header to replace the automated texts. Clubs can specify custom text for "Booking Schedule," " Access to the timetable," and/or " Access to reservations."
• By default, locations open at 7 a.m. and close at 11 p.m. It is now possible to match location opening hours with booking hours. Enabling this setting allows you to reduce the schedule to display only booking hours, eliminating empty slots from the schedule at the beginning and end of the day.

Improvment

• Reservation limits have been strengthened to verify all participants in the reservation in the creation panel. Additionally, a second check is now performed before creating and updating them.
• It is now possible to open the new day of the location timetables at half past the hour.

Communication Center New

• It is now possible to send emails from players' self-rating.
• The new "Validate recipients" button allows checking, for each recipient, which players will receive the communication, which will be filtered by labels, and which will not receive it due to their communication preferences.

Improvment

• We now send emails to players included in package requests and membership card requests instead of just the creator of those requests.

Booking Improvment

• We've improved our booking validation messages. We now clearly state the booking conditions that were not met and provide steps to resolve them.
