Roadmap

We are developing Tennis en Ligne in a collaborative environment with our partner clubs and the development plan is subject to change at any time. The information provided with this roadmap allows us to give you a general idea of the developments planned, but does not necessarily represent the deadlines that we have concluded with the clubs. It does not constitute an obligation or a promise on our part to deliver these developments within this timeframe.
Communication Center
  • The sending report is currently volatile, we will make it permanent to keep an archive.
  • Allow administrators to check if their message was received and opened by recipients in order to improve member service.
  • Allow choosing how many days in advance and at what time scheduled sendings should be made.
Registration Administration
  • Allow restrictions on package choices by requiring players to have participated in a prior package before being able to register for a subsequent package. This new restriction will be cumulative to the one already in place with labels.
  • Allow club managers to accept, decline, refund, etc., each package individually in a single registration request.
  • Allow better management of package selection limits by adding minimum and maximum choices per package and per registration period.
  • Complete support for taxable fees for registrations.
  • Allow specifying discounts for purchasing packages and membership cards for former members to better retain customers during renewals.
Administration of individual leagues
  • Improve ladder leagues by ensuring that penalties already applied are removed if they are no longer necessary due to past match results being entered.
  • Improve league sessions by allowing to regenerate the new session as needed and to manipulate players before automatic generation.
Tournament Administration
  • Add the ability to specify teams in doubles categories, allowing automatic generation of doubles brackets.
Member Administration
  • We will add the possibility for clubs to delete manually created players who have not yet taken possession of their account.
  • We will add "emergency contact person" and their phone number fields to member profiles to allow clubs to collect this important information.
Booking Administration
  • We are going to add time slot managers. These managers will not be part of the list of participants and will be able to make changes to it. These managers will also be displayed in the schedule tiles to allow players to identify them.
  • Improve the display of location schedules by adding filters for the schedule view and additional display options for the calendar view.
  • Improve the upcoming reservations page for players by adding shortcut commands to modify or cancel a reservation directly from this page.
  • Complete reservation notifications with email reminders sent to players a certain time before their reservation starts.
  • Complete the waiting list functionality with email notifications sent to players when a spot becomes available for a reservation they are on the waiting list for, as well as allowing administrators to manage this waiting list.
  • Complete the recurring reservation plans functionality to make them participate in reservation limits as well as usage counters for limited-use membership cards.
  • Allow managing limits on a weekly basis for court reservations. This will allow clubs to limit the number of reservations a player can make per week.
  • Allow specifying start and end dates for time slot specifications to better control court availability according to seasons.
  • Allow specifying different time slot durations by time of day to better adapt time slots to club needs depending on the time of day.
Club Microsite
  • A new chat feature is in the plans for clubs on their microsite. It will allow players to be in contact with each other according to chat groups predetermined by the club.
  • A new module will allow clubs to manage a store to sell products to their members. Whether it is clothing or equipment, each club will be able to have its own store and it will be entirely managed by them.
Others
  • We will add a new general questions and answers module to help users and build a knowledge base. Clubs could be moderators of this forum. This will make answers we already give to those asking questions available to everyone.
  • Continue to improve our support for Law 25. We have already made the mandatory improvements, but we will continue to improve our compliance and add features to better protect the personal data of our users.
